Job Description
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements in warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, etc.) across all DCs.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address inefficiencies or gaps in warehouse performance.
  • Develop and deploy SOPs, tools, and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient warehouse operations nationwide.
  • Benchmark performance across sites to share and scale successful practices. Monitor key warehouse KPIs (e.g., productivity, OTIF, accuracy, utilization) and drive improvement through actionable data insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Excel to visualize trends, highlight bottlenecks, and track project progress.
  • Work closely with DC Supervisors, Warehouse Managers, Safety, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to align initiatives.
  • Influence operational teams and gain buy-in from frontliners to adopt changes.
  • Facilitate workshops or on-site training to build an operational excellence mindset within local teams.
