This position will be reporting directly to the **Head of GRC**.

**Main Function**

Planning

Planning and implementing the methodology that will be applied related to Enterprise Architecture to be in accordance with the Vision and Mission of the company.

Organizing

Perform the division of duties or responsibilities that will be performed by each staff related to the implementation of Enterprise Architecture.

Leader

Lead and ensure that all staff of the Governance Architect Sub-Division can cooperate with each other (Team Players), both between fellow staff of the Enterprise Architecture Sub-Division and with staff from other Divisions or Sub-Divisions and also ensure that there is no conflict between staff.

Controlling

Supervising the progress and results of the work carried out by each staff is in accordance with the planning that has been made or not.

**Authority**
- Conduct financial or budget planning related to Enterprise Architecture needs.
- Provide an assessment of the staff performance of the Enterprise Architecture Sub-Division.
- Provide reprimands or sanctions to staff who commit violations or fraud.
- Propose addition or rotation of staff of the Architecture Sub-Division.
- Determine the priority of the work to be performed and completed.

**Job Responsibility**
- Ensuring that the overall scope of work, supporting facilities and implementation of Enterprise Architecture can be completed properly and correctly and on time
- Provide a report on budget accountability (actual vs projection budget) used to GRC Head Division (budgeting)
- Provide a progress report on the development of Architecure Enterprise to the GRC Division Head.
- Provide a team performance appraisal report to the GRC Division Head.
- Prepare Road Map of Enterprise Architecture in order to give a better solution for the EA Team and ensure the best implementation of EA Process
- Will Manage system data architecture and give insight on the data management
- Provide holistic view from Organizational Architecture Landscape

**Job Requirement**
- Experience working as an enterprise architect and at least one of data/solution/technical/infrastructure/software architect.
- Experience of designing solutions for large organizations and leading business stakeholders through the development and execution of their strategy through architecture.
- Detailed knowledge of people, processes, technology, partnerships/interactions and governance that supports the relevant business division and how divisional objectives, outcomes and initiatives impact other business areas.
- Knowledge about ArchiMat and TOGAF
