**Responsibilities**:
Understand GITS.id products & services and develop compelling offers to potential customers

Develop and execute Sales & Account Plan based on company objectives, goals and targets

Lead and manage the sales team to hit the sales targets and OKR

Coordinate with and get support from other teams in the company such as Marketing, Operations, Tech, HCD, Designs, Finance etc. to provide best client service experience

Develop Sales Team member capacity & capability through training, sharing, coaching, mentoring and right hiring

As company agent ensuring we have strong culture by practicing and communicating #SIMPLE values to the team also to the customer

Track, report & communicate progress to the company leaders & stakeholders

**Requirements**:
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as professional sales

Have experience working in a cloud or data company

Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

Experience managing and directing a sales team

Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

Aptitude for mentoring and coaching sales reps

Ability to lead a sales team

Have personal values that are aligned with GITS.id values

Fluent in written and spoken English
