Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities and Percentage Distribution**:
**Develop Marketing Strategy and Communications Plan (10%)**:
- Create comprehensive marketing strategies and communications plans to align with company objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
**Manage End-to-End Marketing Activities (25%)**:
- Oversee all marketing activities from planning to execution, ensuring seamless implementation across all channels.
- Drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
**Content Creation, Design and Updates (25%)**:
- Design and update content for all digital assets (for example: Onboarding pack, Services Guide, Rate Cards etc) including company newsletter, brochures, proposals, and electronic presentations, to maintain brand consistency and relevance.
- Create engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling messaging and storytelling to resonate with our target audience.
**Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring (5%)**:
- Stay abreast of market trends in the region and customize marketing programs as needed.
- Continuously monitor industry developments and best practices to innovate and improve marketing efforts.
**Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams (5%)**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
**Reporting and Communication (10%)**:
- Communicate marketing plans, activities, and results regularly to the management team.
- Track marketing campaign results, measure program success, and report on key metrics.
**Social Media Management (10%)**:
- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies, including responding to comments, messages, reviews, and feedback.
- Stay updated on new online trends and digital marketing best practices.
**SEO and Google AdWords Campaigns (5%)**:
- Take ownership of SEO strategies and Google AdWords campaigns to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the company's digital assets.
**Quarterly KPIs**
**Develop Marketing Strategy and Communications Plan (10%)**
KPIs:
- Number of comprehensive marketing strategies and communications plans developed: Aim to develop at least 1 detailed strategy and plan per quarter.
- Alignment score with business goals: Measure alignment through regular feedback and assessments from the management team.
Outcomes:
- Increased alignment: Achieve 90% or higher satisfaction score from management on alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Strategy effectiveness: Evaluate strategy effectiveness based on achieving predetermined milestones or metrics.
**Manage End-to-End Marketing Activities (25%)**
KPIs:
- Campaign execution rate: Percentage of campaigns executed as planned.
- Pipeline growth: Measure the increase in leads generated and their progression through the sales funnel.
Outcomes:
- Campaign success: Achieve at least 80% of campaigns executed seamlessly without major issues.
- Pipeline growth: Increase qualified leads by 10% compared to the previous quarter.
**Content Creation, Design and Updates (25%)**

- Content production rate: Number of pieces of content produced and updated (e.g., newsletters, brochures, presentations).
- Engagement metrics: Measure engagement rates for digital assets (website, social media, direct marketing).

- Content consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Engagement improvement: Increase overall engagement rates by 50% across digital platforms.
