**Qualification**:

- Experience in supporting major or named accounts as Presales Engineer or equivalent in a large enterprise vertical.
- Certifications such as PCNSE/CEH/NSE4-7 are preferred.
- Administrator knowledge of Windows, Linux, and DNS systems.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies such as Routing (BGP, OSPF, RIP), Switching, and SD-WAN.
- Strong experience in security solution design and proposals.
- Relevant expertise and competitive knowledge including competitive solution, technology, and product offerings.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills (in English).
- Team-player, highly motivated self-starter, and interpersonal skills required.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide pre-sales technical guidance and sales support for the development, adoption, and implementation of Account Manager security solutions in major accounts opportunities.
- Understand the business requirements for major accounts customers’ base and be able to translate them into technical requirements, for the creation of solution design and proposals with Security solutions and services offerings.
- Perform in-depth technical presentations, solution showcases, and proof of concepts (POCs) for enterprise accounts customers or prospects.
- Initiate proposals and participate in the writing of RFP/RFQ/RFI/Tender documents templates and responses.
- Responsible to understudy customer requirements, environment, and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients.
- Responsible for carrying out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, solution demo, presentation, build-up PoC test cases).
- Work closely and provide technical support assistance to customers.
- Deliver a technical workshop and joint planning session with enterprise accounts.
- Provide regular reporting of account engagement progress on a weekly basis.

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
