**About The Role**

A Partnership Officer on the Kasual Marketing team, Partnerships will lead overall partnership strategy, opportunity exploration and execution to advance company mission, priorities, and growth strategies. You will grow brand awareness, credibility and emotional connections among our customers through

groundbreaking partnerships with with many people and parties.

**What You Will Do**

Develop partnership strategy across cultural icons and strategic partner
*
Cultivate relationships across industries that could foster future partnerships
*
Keep a keen eye on fashion mode and culture to develop partnership prospects
*
Develop pitch materials and lead pitch meetings
*
Serve as main connection to and manage of these relationships, adeptly handle parties, and grow the relationship over time.
*
Lead team that serves as hub of a cross-functional wheel to execute all facets of key partnerships including product, marketing, PR, content, online and in store experiences
*
Oversee the creation of innovative tactics that leverage partnerships to increase company awareness, engagement and brand love
*
Provide frequent updates to company leadership and stakeholders on partnerships strategy, execution and results

**Requirements**:

- Preferably **Final year or Bachelor Degree** in marketing, economics, communication studies or related field from reputable university
- **Able to commit a full-time internship for **3 months**:

- Have strong English skills in both verbal and written
- Able to master and understand about the marketplace
- Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint);
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively
- Have a good sense in creative work and creating branding content
- **Willing to WFO in Kemang, Jakarta Selatan for 3 months internship program and ready to join as soon as possible**

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: Rp1,500,000 - Rp2,000,000 per year
