What You'll Do:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners such as brands, media, and external communities


• Identify and approach potential partners to support Stellar Women's events and programs


• Manage partnership pipelines from outreach, negotiation, to execution


• Coordinate and support partner activation in events and community initiatives


• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership deliverables are aligned and executed well


• Assist in drafting partnership proposals, pitch decks, and follow up documents


• Monitor group conversations and engage with members to spot collaboration opportunities


• Contribute ideas to strengthen community engagement and collaboration potential

Who We're Looking For:


• Final year students or fresh graduate from Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, English, or related fields


• Experience in partnerships, business development, community engagement, events, or marketing is a strong plus


• Confident in reaching out to external stakeholders and building rapport


• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia


• Comfortable presenting or speaking to groups


• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with good time management


• Takes initiative, proactive, and enjoys collaborative work


• Passionate about community building and partnership development


• Able to commit to a 3 month paid internship


• Preferably based in Greater Jakarta area
