Partnership Support Intern

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Intern to support our partnership and business development initiatives. This role will assist the Partnership team in administrative tasks, sales support, project coordination, site surveys, and partnership meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Account Manager in handling day-to-day partnership administration and documentation
  2. Support the sales and partnership team in coordinating with existing and potential partners
  3. Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting minutes
  4. Participate in partnership meetings and follow up on actionable items
  5. Conduct location and site surveys to assess potential partnership opportunities
  6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
  7. Provide support for ongoing partnership projects and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and partnership management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willing to travel for site surveys or partnership meetings if needed
  • Full Work From Office (WFO), Monday to Friday during office hours
