We are presently seeking a **Test Engineer** who will focus on the development and optimization of product testing equipment to ensure high yield and quality standards in our manufacturing process. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve test procedures, troubleshoot testing equipment, and ensure the reliability and consistency of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize test equipment and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, procedures, and setups to ensure consistent product quality and yield.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues with test equipment and improve product performance.
- Perform failure analysis and provide recommendations for improving testing accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop software for automating tests, collecting data, and generating reports.
- Monitor and analyze testing yields, providing feedback for product design and process improvements.
- Ensure test equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and performs within required specifications.
- Continuously improve testing processes to reduce cycle times while maintaining high quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training on testing procedures and equipment to production teams.
- Support Six Sigma initiatives aimed at improving testing quality, yield, and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in daily work activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong experience in product testing, test equipment design, and yield optimization.
- Proficiency in test programming and automation (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C++, etc.).
- Knowledge of test equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Strong experience in improving test processes and analyzing test data to enhance product quality and yield.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and quality management.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
