**Responsibilities**

  • To setup and validation for automated IC programming system
  • To provide the yield, failure rate, and analysis report
  • Organize trobleshooting and repair machine if any breakdown
  • Organize controlling and monitoring consumable machine spare part
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of seniormanagement any quality problems or
  • defects in order for corrective action to be implementedand to avoid recurrence of the problem
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in related field from High reputable Universities in majorelectronics
  • ICT/FCT knowledge
  • Programming knowledge
  • Debug&troubleshoot
  • To be able to perform failure analysis to determine root cause and reduce scraps due tounserviceable boards
  • To be able to sets up test apparatus and equipment, and conducts functional testing. Recommends changes in circuitry if necessary to improve installation specification for assemblyimprovement, test method cycle time improvement, and products performance improvement.
  • Experience in Software Testing or similar role
  • Have a deep understanding of QA
  • Understand the uses and methods of testing
  • Fearless - not afraid to suggest or back big ideas however disruptive they may be
  • Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases,executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
  • Good level in SQL/database
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
