We are presently seeking a **Test Engineer** who responsible to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing, analysis, and process improvement.

Main responsibilities:

- **Perform Failure Analysis**: Identify, analyze, and resolve product failures to improve product quality and reliability.
- **Tester Performance Analysis**: Conduct thorough performance evaluations of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- **Conduct FMEA and DOE**: Utilize Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies to assess and mitigate potential risks in testing process.
- **Create Work Instructions**: Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for testing procedures to ensure consistency and quality across production lines.
- **Review and Improve Processes**: Continuously assess current processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance testing process.
- **Sustain and Improve Production Yield**: Work closely with production teams to sustain and increase production yield by identifying and addressing quality issues related to testing process.
- **Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in daily work activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, with a strong preference for experience in semiconductor or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) environments.
- Proficiency in ICT (In-Circuit Testing) and FCT (Functional Circuit Testing), strong understanding of electronics schematics and testing methodologies.
- Training in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
