As Senior Staff Engineer Product Test Engineering, you're responsible to lead one of Product Engineering team and play a critical role in driving yield improvement, test package stability and robustness, test time reduction and tested lot disposition quality.Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role:Responsible for BE Test Package (Test Program, Test Board) qualification and productive releaseProvide clear analyses, perform TP debugging and propose corrective action to Business Unit Test EngineeringClose collaboration with Process, Equipment and Test Engineer to narrow down root cause, and solve Product/TP issues in term of yield, stability, and qualityDevelop and maintain yield roadmap, dashboards, and reports to track yield performance, and provide insights to stakeholdersSetup effective firewall at test, perform Lot on Hold risk assessment, provide disposition, and drive for improvement.Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed:Bachelor's in Electrical or Electronic EngineeringHave >5relevant years of experience in maufacturingGood in electronics understanding & knowledgeable in semiconductor processes, automotive product application, and instrumentationExcellent analytical statistical method, problem-solving method (T6S,8D)Good proficiency in English, and communication skillsExperience in leading improvement project / leading a team, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
