Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer in the Marine Industry. The position is based in Batam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing technical support to customers, maintaining good relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with other engineering teams, understanding client needs, and presenting suitable marine products and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales experience with a focus on the marine industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the marine industry is a plus
