As our Swadaya Deal Operation Manager, you will take the helm in ensuring that our driver-partners are able to enjoy finance products facilities. You will systematically navigate through micro and macro settings and any related metrics related to the driver-partners, which helps you to methodically manage areas where the Driver Core team should bolster, anticipate, and/or fix. Your efforts will help to ensure excitement in bringing the best financial products-related experience for our driver-partner in our platform.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage a team of 5 to ensure the back-end operations are running smoothly
- Identify gaps within our existing Operational model and develop strategic projects and initiatives to achieve significant improvement
- Evaluate changes in driver-partners macro and microenvironment and how these changes and circumstances may affect their financial situations
- Design practical solutions, guidelines, and roadmaps to achieve desired business objectives
- Work closely with finance, legal, and product team to get support for project implementation

**What You Will Need**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years of experience in one of the following fields: Consulting, Business Development, Operation, Strategy
- Proven experience in leading diverse projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Senior Executives
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills to effectively deliver top performance throughout each stage of a strategic project
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with flexible deadlines and priorities while maintaining rigor in thinking
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Sheet is a must
- Understanding of Ms. Excel or Power BI will be a plus
