Driver Income

**About the Role**

Our driver-partners are one of the crucial pillars of our business. Right from serving food orders to transporting people and goods from one place to another - there is very little that they can’t do. As our Driver Income Manager, you will ensure that our driver-partners are able to generate livable income from our platform. You will navigate through micro and macro settings and any related metrics related to the driver-partners, which helps you to methodically manage areas that affect driver income. Your efforts will help ensure that the opportunity provided by Gojek as an ecosystem can provide sustainable, adequate income for driver-partners.

**What You Will Do**:

- Identify gaps within our existing Driver Income model and develop strategic projects and initiatives to achieve significant improvement
- Generate holistic insights on how driver partners use our platform to earn income. Provide a holistic view combines data and local insight
- Evaluate changes in driver-partners macro and micro environment and how these changes and circumstances may affect their income
- Design practical solutions, guidelines, and roadmaps to achieve desired business objectives
- Work closely within Driver Core and with Transport, Food, Logistics teams to execute a project

**What You Will Need**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years of experience in one of the following fields: Consulting, Business Development, Sales, Strategy
- Proven experience in engaging diverse projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical, research skills to effectively deliver top performance throughout each stage of a strategic project
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with flexible deadlines and priorities while maintaining rigor in thinking
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) is a must
- Understanding of Data Analytics or Product Experience in SQL/R/Phyton will be a plus

**About the Team**

The Driver Income team is a lean team of 3 people based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As the heart of the Driver Core department, we are in charge of thinking about anything and everything that might affect the income landscape of our driver-partners. An example of the projects that we do is to design incentive systems to help our driver-partners thrive in our ecosystem.

Aside from bettering the work and lives of our driver-partners, we also enrich each other (and everyone who wants to hang with us) by exploring the unending variety of food in Indonesia as friends outside of work. Some of us fell in love again with the outdoors during the pandemic, so during weekends, you may see us at hiking trails, bicycle loops, and camping sites all over the world
