**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and presentation layouts.
- Interpret architectural concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
- Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure designs meet required standards and specifications.
- Update and revise drawings based on design changes, feedback, or site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, technical standards, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors as needed for drawing-related matters.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and digital filing systems.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- **Minimum 4 years of proven experience** as an **architectural drafter in contemporary design**.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **English communication skills** (spoken and written) are required.
- **Referral or recommendation letter** from a previous employer is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience in 3D rendering and modeling tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or similar. **Proficiency in Autodesk Revit** is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations.
- A portfolio of completed drafting work or relevant project samples is highly preferred.

**Experience**:

- Drafting for Architectural Contemporary Projects: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Indonesia And English (preferred)
