Responsibilities :

  • Develop architectural design concepts based on client needs and building functions.
  • Prepare planning drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and design visualizations.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Conduct site surveys and analyze site conditions prior to design development.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, drafter teams, contractors, and clients throughout the project.
  • Revise designs or drawings based on client feedback and technical considerations.
  • Prepare preliminary material estimates and cost projections (preliminary BOQ).
  • Perform periodic site supervision to ensure construction aligns with the design and quality standards.
  • Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and permitting requirements.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for design development or site activities.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficient in English both written and oral.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design (fresh graduates may be considered depending on company needs).
  • Proficient in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building materials, and architectural standards.
  • Ability to create conceptual designs, technical drawings, and detailed construction documents.
  • Good knowledge of building regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects or deadlines
