We are thrilled to present an incredible chance to join **FINNS World's Best Beach Club.** We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled **Drafter** to bring creativity and precision to our engineering projects, transforming innovative concepts into detailed and accurate technical drawings that drive our cutting-edge designs forward.

Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics from conceptual designs
- Use CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA) to create 2D and 3D model
- Ensure that all drawings and models adhere to industry standards and project specification
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other design professionals to understand project requirements and incorporate their feedback into the drawings
- Assist in translating engineering ideas and concepts into accurate drawings
- Revise and update existing drawings based on feedback, changes in project scope, or engineering modifications
- Maintain version control and ensure all drawing revisions are documented

Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, material lists, and assembly instructions
- Ensure that all technical documents are accurate and complete
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all drawings are free of errors and inconsistencies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in drafting and design, preferably in mechanical, civil, electrical engineering industry
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD/Revit/BIM)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical design expertise
- Project management and leadership
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
