**Location**: Remote (Indonesia)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct in-depth secondary/desktop research -** Use a wide range of sources to gather data on specific industries, market trends, and competitive landscapes, with a focus on actionable insights.
- **Perform comparative market analysis -**Examine key trading metrics, pricing structures, customer segments, and competitive positioning across hospitality, SaaS, digital health, and other industries as needed.
- **Develop actionable insights**by presenting findings and recommendations through PowerPoint or Word.
- Collect and organize data using Excel spreadsheets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news (e.g., tech, sustainability, retail, finance, hospitality)
- Participate in strategy discussions to develop research objectives and methodology.
- Meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- **(Minimum 1 year)** Proven background in market analysis, with experience in conducting competitive landscape research, market sizing, and customer behavior analysis across various industries, with a portfolio of past research work.
- Proactively engage in problem-solving and take initiative in addressing challenges throughout the projects.
- Excellent research skills, including the ability to conduct deep secondary research and gather data using various sources.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
- Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent **communication skills in business English, both written and verbal.**:

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively within a team.
- Communicate and collaborate with the latest digital tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, Notion, etc.)
