About the Role

The Research Analyst plays a key role in delivering timely, data-driven insights on global financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and competitive trends. This position supports trading, and marketing teams, strengthens the company's credibility as a trusted market leader, and ensures clients receive accurate, relevant, and actionable market information. Ideal for individuals looking to grow in market research, analytics, and financial content strategy within a fast-paced, multi-asset investment environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive analysis on U.S. equities and ETFs, including price action, sector rotation, earnings performance, valuation metrics, and market sentiment.
• Tracking and interpreting U.S. macroeconomic indicators (CPI, PCE, NFP, PMI), Federal Reserve decisions, and geopolitical factors influencing U.S. markets.
• Providing daily/weekly internal reports, earnings summaries, and strategic recommendations for trading, marketing, and product teams.
• Monitoring Big Tech, U.S. megacaps, growth stocks, dividend stocks, and thematic sectors such as AI, semiconductors, EV, financials, and energy.
• Collaborating with Content, CRM, and Marketing teams to produce equity-focused educational content, market commentary, and campaign-relevant insights.
• Maintaining research dashboards for U.S. market metrics, economic calendars, and earnings trackers, with opportunities to automate reporting processes.
• Delivering weekly or monthly U.S. stock market outlooks and supporting webinars or internal training sessions on sector trends and market narratives.
• Publishing timely analyses, breaking news updates, and U.S. market summaries in partnership with Design and Marketing teams.
• Communicating complex findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensuring all research is compliant with company policies and financial industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Market Analyst, Equity Research Analyst, Macro Analyst, or similar analytical role — preferably within financial services, brokerage, investment platforms, or asset management.
• Holder of WPB and/or WPPE license (or actively in progress).
• Experience specifically analyzing U.S. equities or working within a multi-asset trading environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• In-depth understanding of U.S. stock markets, financial statements, earnings cycles, valuation frameworks, and sector-specific drivers.
• Knowledge of CFD products, leverage mechanics, margin calculations, risk parameters, and trading strategies.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Bloomberg, or other market terminals.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex market concepts for diverse audiences.
