It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Vice President** **Digital Asset Transformation Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:
Define, Lead and deliver initiatives in transforming Consumer Assets Business and delivering initiatives that builds value for the shareholders, gaining more market share in the Consumer Business world. Implement WPB Consumer Assets Business strategic intent in capturing great opportunities by collaborating with local, regional and global Team both from Business, Credit, IT and Operation Team.
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
Excellent leadership and people skill.

Deep expertise in defining business requirement, reviewing the solution, ensuring the deliverables are well implemented.

Analytically sharp, promptly understands new concepts, self driven and high sense of ownership.

Experience in delivering key projects and technology / digital transformation.

Excellent Bahasa and English both verbal and written.

Excellent collaboration with various stakeholders and Business partners.

Min of 3 years of experience in project management / business transformation.
