Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Vice President Liabilities Product**

**Responsibilities**:
The role holder is responsible for Liabilities product development and support sales of Deposit products across all channels. Product development include but not limited to liaising with related stakeholder (such as Network, Operation, Digital, Liquidity Management) to ensure a smooth process of Liabilities products in WPB. The role holder will also be responsible for projects and campaigns related to Liabilities products. He/She will also need to identify business opportunities and drive profitable revenue growth from a product perspective within the Liabilities products, as well as supporting wealth growth. Thus contributes to the overall WPB business objectives through effective product, marketing and sales strategies and to strengthen HSBC’s position
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Sound knowledge of general Liabilities product
- Technical knowledge and broad understanding of products and operational process
- Strong leadership and communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship building with various Internal and External stakeholders
- Preferably to have prior product management experience
