Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Vice President Liabilities Product**

**Responsibilities**:
The role holder is responsible for Liabilities product development and support sales of Deposit products across all channels. Product development include but not limited to liaising with related stakeholder such as Network, Operation, Digital, Liquidity Management in order to ensure a smooth process of Liabilities products in WPB. The role holder will also be responsible for projects and campaigns that relate to Liabilities products.
He/She will also needs to identify business opportunities and drive profitable revenue growth from product perspective in Liabilities products, as well as supporting wealth growth. Thus contribute to the overall WPB business goals through effective product, marketing and sales strategies and to strengthen HSBC position

Sound knowledge of general Liabilities productTechnical knowledge and broad understanding of products and operational process Strong leadership and communication skills in Bahasa and EnglishHighly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent relationship building with various Internal and External stakeholdersPreferably to have prior product management experience
