Talent Acquisition Associate

This position is perfect for someone passionate about recruitment operations, highly organized, and eager to grow in the field of Talent Acquisition. It is a temporary position for 6-9 months as maternity cover. While an extension cannot be guaranteed, there is a possibility of continuation depending on business needs at the end of the contract.

**Work Arrangement**

- Full-time position, temporary position

- Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)

- Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)

- Support Recruitment Activities: Coordinate and schedule interviews, including initial screenings and virtual/on-site interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, including preparing reports, organizing files, and maintaining recruitment records.

- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and a positive first impression.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute ideas for new initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Competencies**

- At least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR operations

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

- Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other recruitment tools.

- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
