We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring smooth recruitment operations, excellent candidate experience, and efficient onboarding. As the face and voice of Dropsuite's culture, you will play a critical role in representing our values to candidates, ensuring they experience the warmth and inclusivity of our organization from the very first interaction.

This position is perfect for someone passionate about recruitment operations, highly organized, and eager to grow in the field of Talent Acquisition. It is a temporary position for 6–9 months as maternity cover. While an extension cannot be guaranteed, there is a possibility of continuation depending on business needs at the end of the contract.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time position, temporary position
• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)
• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
• Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

Indonesia

Key Accountabilities

• Support Recruitment Activities: Coordinate and schedule interviews, including initial screenings and virtual/on-site interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Candidate Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Hiring Process: Assist in pre-screening activities to identify top candidates for further evaluation by hiring managers.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, including preparing reports, organizing files, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and a positive first impression.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute ideas for new initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Competencies

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR operations
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
