  • Mengidentifikasi dan membangun jaringan sumber kandidat yang potensial dari semua channel rekrutmen.
  • Mengembangkan strategi branding employer yang menarik untuk menarik talenta terbaik.
  • Mengelola dan memelihara hubungan dengan calon kandidat.
  • Menyaring resume dan aplikasi untuk mengidentifikasi kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi.
  • Melakukan wawancara awal dengan kandidat untuk menilai kesesuaian dan minat.
  • Mengelola proses tes dan penilaian untuk kandidat.
  • Bekerja sama dengan user untuk membuat keputusan perekrutan.
  • Menyampaikan penawaran kerja kepada kandidat yang terpilih.
  • Mengkoordinasikan proses onboarding untuk karyawan baru.
  • Memelihara database kandidat dan melacak kemajuan proses rekrutmen.
  • Menganalisis data perekrutan untuk mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan.
  • Melaporkan metrik perekrutan kepada HR Leader dan stakeholders lainnya.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, atau bidang terkait
  • Memiliki pengalaman min. 1-2 tahun dalam bidang Talent Acquisition atau Recruitment
  • Memiliki pengalaman merekrut posisi Manager
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang proses rekrutmen dan
    best practices

  • Memiliki kemampuam Behaviour Event Interview (BEI)
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik dan mampu membangun hubungan dengan berbagai pihak
