**Job Description: Tax and Accounting Admin**
**Location**: Bali
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tax Administration**:
- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (e.g., VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax).
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and timely tax payments.
- Liaise with tax authorities for audits, queries, or reporting.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of tax documents.
- **Accounting Support**:
- Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Support the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice issuance and payments tracking.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
- Generate periodic financial and tax reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- **Compliance and Coordination**:
- Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government offices when required.
- Keep updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Assist with office administrative duties related to accounting and tax.
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax and accounting roles, preferably in a holding company.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., DJP online system, e-faktur, and e-SPT).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
