**What You Will Contribute**:
The Accounting Admin supports the Corporate Accounting function in ensuring accurate, timely, and organized financial administration. This role is responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintaining proper documentation, preparing basic reports, and supporting the Corp. Accountant in managing financial data for multi-unit hospitality businesses.
**What You Will Do**:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank statements.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents such as payment vouchers, purchase orders, and supporting files.
- Support the Corp. Accountant in monthly closing activities and reconciliation processes.
- Update and organize financial databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Process petty cash transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports, financial summaries, and supporting evidence for audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting procedures.
- Perform other administrative and accounting support duties as required by the Corporate Accounting team.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles (fresh graduates with a strong academic background are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting tools/software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage confidential information.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced corporate environment.
