**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage the in-store marketing budget effectively.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest retail marketing trends and best practices.
- Train and mentor store staff on sales and customer service techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative and innovative with a passion for retail marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing software.
