**Purpose of the Role**:
We are looking for Data Analyst - focusing in fare audit, to assist our operations department as you
will analyze and audit the fare sheet requested by the client in their preferred GDS and system. You
also need to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a
review of a variety of factors and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to
determine appropriate action.
- You will analyze the fare sheets in GDS and the client's system.
- You will report on audit findings to the client.
- You will keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team's minimum standard
- You will carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
- You will ensure that all work is processed according to the team's minimum standard.
- You will report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.

**Requirement**:

- Must have excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
- Must have GDS basic knowledge (preferably Amadeus and Sabre)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Must be able to work under the guidance of team leaders and alongside other team members to ensure that organizational goals are met
- Experience in the travel/airline industry
- Willing to work in shifting mode including public holidays (24/7 Roster)
- Willing to work at Central Jakarta and BSD City
