Fare Filing

ATI Business Group is looking for a Fare Filing Specialist to support one of our client's operations. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and configuring fares, entering data into systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing fare performance, and resolving fare-related issues. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication to ensure accuracy and efficiency in fare management.

To manage the filing, updating, and distribution of airline fares across various systems, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing while supporting operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

• You will file and distribute airline fares using Fare Filing Systems (ATPCO, Amadeus, FareXpert, Travelport APF, SabreMyFares).

• You will update fare structures, manage fare changes, and coordinate with departments to ensure information in the GDS is correct and up-to-date.

• You will report on audit findings to the client.

• You will ensure all work is processed according to the team's minimum standards.

• You will report any issues or system limitations to your direct supervisor.

• You will be willing to be placed in either the Jakarta Office or BSD Office.

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Detail-oriented and a team player.

• Willing to work on shifts, including public holidays (especially religious holidays).

• Preferably a degree (SMK/D3/D4/S1) in Tourism Major (Usaha Perjalanan Wisata).

• Preferably with experience using GDS.
