ATI’s singular focus on providing services to the travel and hospitality business communities across the globe has been a remarkably successful one. Since commencing in 2002 with a single discipline of Fare Loading the business has grown today to supporting over 100+ independent work disciplines including Ticketing, Land and Cruise Travel Distribution, Fare Auditing, Finance and Accounting, Robotic Process Automation and Travel Technology.
Analyzing the fare sheets in GDS and client’s system.
Monitor the team to ensure the operation runs accordingly.
Report on audit findings to the client and management.
Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard.
Following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
Must have a bachelor degree from reputable universities.
A minimum proficiency level of B2 on the CEFR scale is required.
Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is an advantage.
Prior leadership experience is beneficial.
Being highly skilled in using Microsoft Excel, having strong auditing skills and high attention to detail are prefered.
