We're looking for an experienced **Purchasing & Logistic Staff **to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Compile a list of goods purchases
- Categorize the purchase list between monthly purchases and one-time purchases.
- Compile a list of suppliers providing goods
- Request purchase approval from management for the budget
- Contact suppliers to get price quotes
- Analyze offers
- Negotiating prices
- Create and send PO
- Ensure delivery goes well
- Checking the quality of goods according to orders
- Documentation of sales documents
- Carry out logistics records for incoming goods
- Coordination with the finance department for payment of goods

**Requirements**:

- Male or Female maximum 35 years old
- Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree majoring in **Economic**:

- Have a **minimum 3 years experience **as **Purchasing & Logistic Staff**:

- Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
- Experience using **Microsoft Office **(Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Creative, high initiative, responsible, team work, visionary, good oral and verbal communication
