We're looking for an experienced **Purchasing & Logistic Supervisor **to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Purchase goods as needed
- Ensure goods are received with the best quality and on time
- Carrying out selection and negotiations with third parties
- Make submissions from related parties and compile a list of requests or purchases of goods and services required by all departments
- Verify bills / invoices from third parties
- Maintain good relations with third parties
- Able to analyze the market and create analysis reports
- Have negotiation skills
- Have knowledge at least in the fields of aviation, property and/or services
- Detail oriented, analytical, proactive, able to work in a team, honest and with integrity
- Able to follow company regulations and procedures
- Coordination with the finance department for payment of goods

**Requirements**:

- Male or Female maximum 40 years old
- Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree majoring in **Economic**:

- Have a **minimum 5 years experience **as **Purchasing & Logistic Supervisor**:

- Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
- Mastering **Accurate System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word**:

- Creative, high initiative, responsible, team work, visionary, good oral and verbal communication
