Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Supervisor located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Purchasing Supervisor will oversee and manage procurement activities, coordinate purchase orders, and ensure efficient purchasing processes. The role involves evaluating vendor performance, maintaining inventory levels, analyzing cost efficiency, and building strong supplier relationships. The candidate will collaborate with various departments to meet organizational purchasing goals and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Orders
  • Proficiency in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating costs, vendor performance, and inventory management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
