DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Develop Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct On-boarding training
- Conduct regular refreshment operation training
- Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
- Responsible for the training administration and report

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in handling end to end training process (experiences in Learning & Development at Xpress / Courier company)
- Familiar with implementing and managing 3PL in all level
- Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
