DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Manage daily wallet payment activities for courier salary, incentives and transport allowance
- Review payment & reconciliation reports
- Lead e-wallet payment team
- Create cash flow projections for escrow accounts replenishment
- Active monitoring, review & checking on wallet projects, reports & automations (engaged with product, Business Process Management & Finance team)
- Set & Create wallet recon & payment SOPs
- Other Finance Operation Projects

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as External Auditor
- Familiar with finance and accounting
- Proactive and initiative work ethics with eagerness to learn
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing e-wallet (recon & outbound) will be an advantage
- Prior experience in finance operations field will be an advantage
- Willing to be located in Sunter, North Jakarta
