DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Provide analysis of Service Point Operations (quantitative & qualitative data) & propose solution or improvement
- Manage project / initiative implementation of Operation related project from end to end
- Manage stakeholders (Service Point Operations or cross Service Point divisions)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience as Data analyst / Project Management / Management Trainee
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Excellent with Ms. Excel / Google Sheets / Power Point / Google Slide
- Self-starter, high attention to details, & good with numbers
- Contract-based and will be placed in South Jakarta
