Technical Art Implementor

**The Game**:
You’ll be focused on our game Pipers Pet Cafe. The game combines pet cafe management, solitaire, and mystery solving. Players take on the role of Piper, a young woman who is given the opportunity to open a pet cafe by an eccentric benefactor. Piper must renovate the cafe, attract customers, and solve the mystery of why her benefactor chose her.

**About the Role**

As a Technical Art Implementor, you'll play a key role in bringing our 2D artist's creations to life in Unity. You'll ensure the seamless integration of art assets

**What you'll be doing...**:

- Implement 2D art assets into Unity with an eye for maintaining the artist's original vision.
- Implement functional basic UI layout and animation/tweens in Unity
- Collaborate closely with artists and developers to resolve any technical issues that arise during asset implementation.
- Optimize assets to ensure the best balance of visual quality and performance within the game engine.
- Participate in reviews and iterations of art assets, providing and receiving feedback in a constructive manner.
- Handle visual bug fixing and be mindful of bug-prone implementation decision.
- Handle asset management support to the rest of the art team.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of Unity and Photoshop.
- Ability to create visual effects using Unity particle system (shader knowledge is a plus).
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team setting.
- An understanding of optimization techniques for game performance.
- Passion for games and a keen interest in the game development process.
