**About The Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sourcing Lead to take ownership of our sourcing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing high-quality materials and services at the best value. You will play a critical role in developing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring a steady supply of materials to support our construction projects.

As a key member of the procurement team, you will lead sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier performance, and drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards. Your ability to anticipate supply chain challenges and implement improvements will contribute to the efficiency and success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead sourcing efforts to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers for construction materials and services.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize cost savings and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative sourcing options.
- Collaborate with procurement, project, and finance teams to ensure alignment on material needs and budget constraints.
- Oversee supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline sourcing processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supply shortages, price volatility, or supplier reliability issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and operational excellence

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven ability to secure competitive deals.
- Knowledge of construction materials, industry regulations, and sourcing best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, market conditions, and supplier capabilities to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools is a plus.
