**Sourcing Specialist**:
The role is expected to be placed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or Jakarta, Indonesia with exposure to regional level.

**What you will do**:

- You will partner with recruiters from South Asia East Asia and Oceania (SAEA&O) recruiting team to creatively and strategically source for diverse experienced talent to fill open roles in the SAEA&O region. The diversity of roles to fill ranges from junior executives to senior managers’ level. In addition, you will gather, curate, and disseminate relevant industry intelligence and provide data-rich talent market analysis and strategic sourcing approaches that can be leveraged by the recruiting team.
- Collaborate with recruiters to create comprehensive talent sourcing strategies which elevate our employment brand.
- Conduct primary and secondary research by leveraging external intelligence resources, as well as internal and external networking to source for diverse referrals and market intel
- Share statistics as needed with recruiters during searches about the progress made to date on pipeline building and make recommendations as to whether the sourcing strategy should be revised based on those research findings
- Participate / Lead projects (as required) to enhance the effectiveness of the team

**We believe you have**:

- Possess a bachelor’s degree / university degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an in-house talent intelligence/research or source recruiter role in a professional services or executive search firm
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing channels, techniques and technologies.
- Familiar with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.
- Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Effective user of recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Experienced with Regional Sourcing is a plus.
