Support ERP implementation projects (SAP and/or IFS) from preparation, configuration, to go-live.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and key users to understand business requirements and ensure ERP solutions align with company processes.
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users on ERP modules.
- Handle issue tracking and ensure timely resolution of system-related problems.
- Develop implementation documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and project progress reports.
- Support IT/Business Process teams in maintaining system stability during post go-live support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation or support (preferably SAP or IFS) / Business Analyst / Software Tester.
- Good understanding of ERP process flows and modules, especially in SAP and IFS (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business processes into ERP solutions.
- Ability to create technical and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge between users and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player.
