**Responsibilities**:

- Team Oversight: Managing and supervising the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and adhere to company policies, lead, motivate, and manage a team of wedding sales consultants.
- Strategic Planning: Developing & implementing sales strategies and goals that align with overall business objectives, focusing on market trends. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and support to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Conduct sales training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting to Revenue Manager: Evaluating sales performance through metrics and providing feedback to improve individual and team results. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensuring exceptional service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. This role will also manage a level of incoming enquiries booking by fostering a client-first culture.
- Coordinate with other departments (planning, operations, and marketing) to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- EO Relationship Management: Managing EO's relationship & process relating to EO's.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales management, ideally in the wedding or events industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for relationship-building.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving targets and delivering top results.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Passion for the wedding industry and ability to stay updated on trends and client preferences.
- Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed to meet client demands.
