**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales & marketing, preferably in wedding industry
- Strong understanding of wedding sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to engage with clients and partners.
- Target-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to create attractive sales proposals and presentations for clients.
- Experience in handling international clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- A strong network in the hospitality, travel, and tourism industry is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with potential clients through inquiries, consultations, and venue tours.
- Develop personalized wedding packages that align with clients’ needs and budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with brides, grooms, and wedding planners to drive bookings.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of booked weddings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
- Represent the company at bridal shows, networking events, and open house.
