- As the Brand Design Manager, you will lead and manage a team of designers in Indonesia to ensure that all brand guidelines are followed and all assets are created in line with the brand's visual identity. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation of assets for social media, on-ground campaigns, and product designs, as well as designing marketing swag for employees and templates for internal marketing collateral.To be successful in this role, you should have experience managing a team of designers, as well as a strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual design principles. You should also be highly organized, able to multitask, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers in Indonesia to ensure that all brand guidelines are followed and all assets are created in line with the brand's visual identity
- Oversee the creation of assets for social media, on-ground campaigns, and product designs
- Design marketing swag for employees and templates for internal marketing collateral
- Work closely with the product design team to support them with visual design artefacts
- Ensure that all designs are of the highest quality and align with the brand's visual identity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the team is using the latest design techniques and technologies
- Manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a design management role, with experience leading and managing a team of designers
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual design principles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with other teams within the organization.
