- Pengalaman mínimal 5 tahun sebagai Junior Manager Produksi di bidang manufaktur.
- Memiliki keahlian dalam pengelolaan SDM, pengetahuan permesinan dan pengadaan bahan baku.
- Mampu bekerjasama dengan baik ke tim, Manajer dan Supervisor Bagian terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan berorientasi kepada pemenuhan target produksi.
- Memiliki leadership dan kemampuan berkomunikasi (lisan maupun tulisan) yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memotivasi bawahan dalam pemenuhan target produksi.

At present, we have three factories in Medan, Jakarta and Surabaya equipped with high tech equipment and sophisticated laboratories. Collectively, these factories have a total production capacity of 1.8 billion pieces per annum. ABC Alkaline batteries are designed to provide powerful portable power for high drain electronic devices, while the Carbon Zinc batteries meet the needs of low to moderate drain devices. Our efforts in meeting the requirements and expectations of customers towards high quality products is reflected in the employment of advanced technology production processes and then implementation of Quality Assurance System in the whole production process. This whole process of QAS operation is based on the National Standard, IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission), JIS (Japan Industrial Standard) and ANSI (American National Standards Institute).
