The Influx Inbound Sales Support or Sales Development Representative (SDR) monitors inbound sales channels to respond to new leads quickly and accurately. Through a quick understanding of the lead’s information, the inbound SDR responds through the appropriate digital channel to guide the new prospect to the best possible solution. We’re looking for a sales representative with a high level of attention to detail who can follow guidelines well and has the hunger for success.

**Essential Duties**:

- Respond to inbound inquiries with written messaging in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Use Influx’s internal systems of Outreach, Slack, Intercom, and Missive to check for inbound inquiries and record information accurately.
- Escalate detailed inquiries to the appropriate person per guidelines.
**Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge**:

- **Have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English** (a must)
- **Have experience using CRM tools** (a must)
- A neat person, with excellent organizational skills
- A laptop/PC with system Windows 10, Ram 8.0 GB or more, 32-bit
- Internet speed min. 30 Mbps
- Have the ability to multitask, use multiple systems, and monitor inbound inquiries
- Must be able to work during designated hours and respond to new inquiries within 5 minutes, with the quality above 95%
