**Skill & Competencies**:

- Having experiences 3 - 5 years
- Must be excellent at designing and implementing sales & marketing strategies to achieve desired results
- Should be able to design competitive and cost effective strategies
- Strong communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels within the company and externally and team skills.
- Must be computer literate and be able to display analytical
- Must be able to adapt and operate effectively within new and challenging environtments
- **Proficient in English**:

- Experience in coffee export is preferred
- **Agile on the site or remote working**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare an annual sales and business strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report in its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Prepare weekly sales reports for submission to the Chief Executive Director and managing Director.
- Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
- Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand.
- Oversee all advertising, publicity, and brand management.
- Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/ future sales strategies.
- Coordinate feasibility studies on proposed products.
- Liaise with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customer and invoicing.
