amalan international indonesia is a company specializing in debt management services. We help individuals who are struggling to repay their debts—especially credit card debt, unsecured loans, and other consumer loans—by negotiating debt restructuring or payment relief with banks and financial institutions.

We are offering for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Mediator team. This role provides hands-on experience in customer service and sales lead handling within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mediation documents (ID card, request letter, power of attorney, and supporting documents).
• Monitor clients who have completed payments and coordinate settlement letter issuance with lenders.
• Send regular payment reminders to clients for both lender installments and success fees.
• Record and follow up on default cases in coordination with Mediators according to SOP.
• Support the implementation of the Mediation Support commission scheme.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates are those based in Yogyakarta or currently residing in the area
• A Diploma, Bachelor or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous telesales or desk collection experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
• Highly motivated, able to manage priorities and adapt to change in a fast-moving environment
• Professional and friendly attitude and able to quickly develop a good relationship with customers
• Strong influencing and closing skills
• Proficient with standard office applications and the ability to use new software quickly
