## Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound/outbound call from Collection (Lender)
- Assisting Mediation team to prepare documents related with mediation
- Responsible to managing amalanPROTECT process
- Secretary Service process (prepare required documents)
- Communicate with Mediator to manage Surat Lunas from Lender
## Requirements:

- Fluent in English
- Min. Diploma Degree in any fields
- Working Experience in Collection/ Banking background
- Experience working with private and sensitive personal information
- Ability to multitask and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary software
- Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, one of the foremost cultural centers of Indonesia.
